About

Hello! My name is Ms. Phillips. This is my first year at the Humboldt Middle School as I am entering my 11th year of teaching. I am a born and raised Humboldt Wildcat, and I am very excited to start this new adventure at the middle school!

Social Studies Course Description:

Geography is the subject that asks, "Why do things happen where they do?" The goal of the class is to make better sense of the world around us. Students will participate in individual and cooperative learning activities, presentations, individual reading, and class discussions. Students will be graded on assignments and assessments.
